I'd like to know the location these two screenshots are from (they're on the same street and a few seconds away maybe in the same clip), but even more so than that I'd really like if the video itself specifically could be found!

It's one of those videos where they walk around Tokyo, Shibuya, etc., at night with a go-pro. Usually in the rain or something along those lines, but not in this case.

It's not a guessing game or quiz, I don't know at all and would like to find out.
