How to get hold of a REP ( agent) to place order? Communication is non existent.
I have been reaching out to two people via whatsapp as well as email. They asked me what kind of metal I want and gave me an estimate. Then there is no further communication. I reached out multiple times and they don’t reply back. Is it this hard to place an order? Any advice on how to get hold of someone that communicates consistently. Please share what agent helped you and their details if possible. I am not sure what to do now.
