I’m going to be an auntie!!! (x2)
Two of my sisters are due with their first baby in September! One is having a girl with a Winnie the Pooh nursery, so I made a Piglet! And the other is having a boy with an outer space nursery with subtle Star Wars and Star trek elements, so I made a Grogu/Baby Yoda! I’m still learning a ton about amigurumi (3rd and 4th attempt), but making these for my future niece and nephew made it all more enjoyable!

Changes I made to Piglet: I think that I purchased a bulkier yarn than what the pattern called for, because it’s much bigger than expected. I stuffed the body which made it more of a stuffed animal as well
Changes I made to Grogu: I wanted it to be safe for early use, so I did not add plastic eyes like in the pattern! I also thought little sleepy eyes would be fitting for a sleepy baby! I also stuffed the body which made it more of a stuffed animal than a lovey
