Im trying to run VulkanMod with Polytone but it crashes everytime i try to launch the instance and it doesnt give me that little fabric diagnosis that tells me what went wrong

I also saw this modpack named "WokPack Vulkan" on modrinth that has both Polytone AND Vulkanmod on 1.21.11.

I just cant seem to get it to work and idk why
