I withdrew $50 after 1pm today from scratch off ticket winnings to my debit card with no issues. I just went to withdraw another $20 to the same debit card but realized the card is no longer listed, tried to add it back but it said there was an issue so I did the live chat & she said my card has been permanently blocked because it was reported as lost/stolen. I’m the only one with access to that card and never reported it as lost/stolen. My card still works and I’m genuinely so confused.

I contacted my card company as well and it has not been reported as lost/stolen.

Has anyone dealt with this before?
