Extending network from Starlink to outbuildings

I’m upgrading from the gen 2 to the gen 3 Starlink. I have 2 out buildings I need to get a signal to, I need WiFi at the shed and currently need an extender out there now to get a signal there. I would like a network at the garage also. I currently have conduit ran for the use of a cat 6 cable.

Total noob on this stuff, is there like an access point I need to plug in with the cat 6 to extend and provide WiFi at those two locations??

My 244 is getting worn, I would like something a little more off-road oriented without sacrificing too much on road. I ride 2up with my wife quite often on the road would the RallZ be too aggressive on the road or is there something in between I should look at?

I had no complaints with the 244 on the road just off it seemed to lack for my liking. And the tire wear was pretty quick.
