Delayed reaction?
I was traveling for business last week internationally and a week ago Wednesday the 29th we went to a restaurant that we researched very carefully and I thought would be safe. I had pizza which definitely looked totally different from the pizza that the other people in the group had (and actually was pretty bad). I felt slight face freezing that night and then felt fine. I returned home on Monday. This Wednesday, I felt some face freezing and since Friday I've felt really sick. Travel is definitely a risk and the restaurant was the biggest risk I took while traveling. However, the week of feeling normal makes me think that couldn't be the problem. Even if it was something else I ate while traveling, I still felt normal for a few days between returning home and feeling sick. Has anyone else ever felt sick starting several days to a week after exposure or did I definitely get glutened after I got home and the travel is a coincidence?
