Everyone is always asking for deep pressure advice...I need light pressure advice!

So I actually do not offer deep tissue massages. I'm not into hurting people and putting all my might into it and don't want to attract those people.

I do, however, work deeply. I use intuition and feel to manage pressure. My "deep tissue" lovers actually dont ask for deeper and my regular "relaxation" people have no complaints. But I struggle with specific requests for "light pressure".

My light pressure people dont come back 🤣

How can I improve this? I really try but it's like I can't do "my" style massage and can't get in that rhythm you get when you're really doing a good massage. It doesn't help that there are very few people that ask for truly light pressure so I don't get alot of practice with it.

Is it a good idea to stay with Voya and rollover existing 401A from old employer into an individual IRA with them?

So I worked for a state trust funded hospital for around 13 years. I quit working there a few years ago and had no income, as I became a stay at home mom. Therefore, I just left my 401A that I have through them alone. It's a voya account and has continued to do well. It currently has $27000 in it.

I went back to school and became a massage therapist. I'm now self-employed running a private massage practice. This allows me to manage my schedule so that I can continue to function as a "stay at home mom" while providing a little extra income for my family.

Last year was my 1st year in business and my take home was around $4000. I expect that number at least double this year.

I would like to start contributing a small portion of my income into some sort of savings toward retirement although it wouldn't be much.

Should I just rollover my 401A that's at voya into an IRA w/them so that I can start contributing into it? OR maybe I should open a cd or something similar at my bank since it would only be very small contributions and just leave the old 401A alone? Or is there a different type of retirement plan to roll it into for low income earners?

I have no clue about any of this stuff! TIA!
