With cancer rates rising amongst millenials (a demographic I am part of), I find myself anxiously wondering why. High levels of pfas have been found in contact lenses and pfas are known to cause cancer. 43% of millenials wear contact lenses. Does anyone think there could be some connection here?

I went down this winding road of thinking: I was thinking about the rising rate of cancers in the millenials and what may be causing it. And about the PFAs found in contacts and it’s link to cancers. And that 43% of millenials wear contact lenses. Do you think this could have any significance?

I’ve worn contacts for almost 25 years as a millennial and am scared by all of this information.
