Ridiculous foods that have gluten that you wouldn't expect to?
I was recently diagnosed with gluten intolerance, and the adjustment has been rough. My life's been flipped upside down, and I can't eat the foods I like anymore.
One of my favorite sweet treats oat is werthers hard caramel. Low and behold, I learned yesterday that they apparently contain non gluten-free wheat! What are some foods you were shocked to learn contained gluten?
