Hi guys,
I recently received a verbal offer to work at a big tech company in the US from Europe. Starting in here then transferring to US after 1 year is not an option because they are not hiring in Europe right now. So I need to get a o1a visa to get the written offer.
I gathered all the evidence needed and meet 4 criterias in total. I got my case pre validated with 2 lawyers, including one from manifest law, who were ready to take it. Our interests are aligned since I get a total refund if USCIS rejects my application in the end.
The problem is that the company does not let me choose my lawyer and force me to work with Fragomen who refuse to take my case. No explanation, Knowing that this decision is certainly purely arbitrary makes it even more frustrating. So I am stuck and might miss this opportunity.
Any tips on how to get my case considered by someone else at Fragomen? Or any other suggestions?
