Best companies in Cebu for Fresh Graduate Software Developers

Hi everyone, I’m a fresh graduate currently exploring opportunities in Cebu and wanted to ask for recommendations on the best tech companies to work for as a Software Developer.

I’m looking for companies that are good for fresh grads and offer:

\-Good work environment and culture

\-Mentorship and career growth

\-Modern tech stack and good coding practices

\-Competitive salary and benefits

\-Opportunities to learn and grow as a developer

I’d also appreciate hearing about your personal experiences which companies would you recommend for someone starting their career, and are there any companies I should avoid?

Thanks!

My boss wants us to continue working on the project even though I’ve already completed my internship hours.

Hi everyone need advice, so I am an intern sa isang company as a soft-dev and while i was there we where task to do a internal project for the company.

The boss liked us because of how we can learn and do the task quickly. We only have to render 400hrs, that the school requirements and we finished the ojt hours na hindi pa tapos ang task or project which is yung internal project for the company.

The boss wants to hire us para taposin or to continue the project but the problem is sobrang lowball ng offer, mas malaki pa ata bigayan sa call center na no exp. So we declined, but our boss still message as to at least finished the project. But we already finished our required hours so i wont count as internship anymore.

What should we do? Should we finish the project (i think it would take us 2 days to finish) or just ignore them until they give as a liveable offer?

Atin-atin Lang: Libreng Movies/Series site that isn't an eyesore(Clean UI) and has little to no ads.

Hi guys, I discovered this website called CINEBAI and I’ve been using it to watch movies and TV shows for free lately because the experience is so much better than other platforms. This is a school project btw as stated in the website so don't expect to much. But it works for me.

The best part is that it has a very minimal and clean UI, which is a huge relief since most other sites have an overwhelming UI that feels super cluttered and cramped. It’s actually easy to navigate and looks modern with a nice glass-style design.

The site itself has no ads or annoying pop-ups while you’re browsing, and while you might see some ads within the video player since it uses third-party sources, the platform stays completely out of the way. It even has an AI recommendation feature to help you find stuff to watch faster (based on mood or prompt), so if you're looking for a streaming site that isn't distracting or crowded, you should definitely check it out.

I stumbled across this site recently and figured some of you might appreciate it:

👉 CineBAI

It’s a completely free streaming sitewith no pop-up ads (seriously, none of that annoying redirect stuff). The design is super minimalist and clean, so it’s actually easy to browse without feeling cluttered.

One cool feature I didn’t expect is the AI-powered search, which makes finding movies/shows way faster and more intuitive compared to typical sites.

If you’re tired of sketchy streaming sites filled with ads and confusing layouts, this one’s worth checking out.

p.s it has ads when you play a video but its not spammy and you can choose the provider with less ads :)

Recently nakakita kog movie websites or streaming websites called CineBAI. Free siya makatan aw kag movie or series then naa pud siyay AI search function. Minimal og user friendly iyang UI.

For now mao pa ni ako nahibaw an nga website.

Naa pa ba moy lain nahibal an nga free movie websites pareha ani? pacomment plss

Shawshank Redemption is always top rated movie from every movie site I use. Is it that good? I mean it's an old movie from 1994. Should I give it a try?
