I’m planning on buying a cake from walmart for my sister’s birthday—I’ve never bought a custom made one before. Is it possible for the cake to be made similar to the styles in the pictures?

I‘m hoping to have the cake be light green and have slightly darker green details on it. My sister also likes smiski, so if it’s not too much of a hassle, I’m hoping to include a smiski on top like in the photo
