Got off my antidepressants for anxiety 3 months ago after taking them for 2.5 years. Sometimes feel okay but have at least one anxiety/panic attack a week. Feel like i have nobody in this world and will never be happy or have a group of friends who i love and trust. Very low arousal, walking very slow sometimes even stopping to sit down. Not sure what to do, dont want to take my meds again
