curiosity

hi all!! i’ve been struggling for over a year now with heavy/painful periods while being on birth control as well as no periods while off of it. i have also had an internal ultrasound done where the tech had noted there appeared to be follicles on my ovaries but my obgyn said there wasn’t a clear picture for such a diagnosis (at this time she suspected i had endometriosis; i did not and only had my left ovary adhered to my pelvic wall).

i know PCOS has a range of symptoms, such as the irregular periods, acne, extra hair (hirsutism), oily skin, and the difficulty of losing weight which i experience 4/5 of these things.

i was just posting to see what those who are diagnosed with this condition think i should do (such as advancing my wishes to get a diagnosis for this).
