The premise is that it’s sort of multi pov, wherein the FL overhears her fiancé’s [ML’s] brother who is a transmigrator/reincarnator tell ML that FL is destined to become a nasty villainess. She becomes terrified/offended at the notion/insults and starts crying, ML catches her and thought essentially, “There’s no way she’ll commit evil deeds when she’s this cute” so they make a plan where he will train her not to become a villainess.

Positive FL has blonde/light brown hair in drills, and red/green eyes. On the cover I believe she wears a red dress holding the hand of ML.
