I am 17 now when I was 15 I had the worst phimosis literally fore skin was covering my complete glan, but continuous stretching and using coconut oil help me a lot and now when it is erect it opens till 50 percent and when it is normal it opens till 80 percent I know I can open it completely now because of stretching I know that my skin is loose now so I can pull it compleyly, but the reason I am not doing this is when I pull it more,skin starts rolling instead of just coming down easily, is it a serious condition??
