I said its a month, but the rules change on the 1st of May and then it'll be 2 months.

But all the things you could possibly need to know are in the tenancy agreement.
I always read mine just so I can make sure I get my deposit back.

However, I do feel that in some places Ive lived, taking the terms in the agreement too literally has stopped me from doing things I probably could have done after all, like some decorating or more gardening.
