manga or anime first

i really wanna get into dragon ball and i want to both read the manga and watch the anime. i have the first 3 volumes but haven’t read them yet, im just wondering if reading the manga first would ruin the experience for the anime or vice versa.

Front brake fix

my front brake has been loose and just not working for a while now, and i noticed that this screw at the top of the brake is really loose. i checked the bottom and i noticed it’s missing this little thing surrounding the screw at the bottom, whats the little piece called and how do i fix it??
