I dont own a router and this doesnt look right as Ive owned/own 3 SG’s will this be fine as is or ahould i sand down until flush?

Was playing my 1986 Gibson sg standard outside today and noticed these cracks around the neck joint, they seem to be mainly shallow besides the one on the treble horn side, should I take this to my local luthier or will they not cause any problems? this guitar has been refinished if that attributes.

Building a sustainer pickup for my guitar, I have no clue what this crimp terminal is called, any help?
