I had piers put in on the walls within my attached garage due to foundation issues. There was a large crack in the garage floor at the time from one wall in the garage to the other. All the way across the garage floor. After the piers were put in they poured the new garage floor. It is 30 days out and it is cracking wall to wall in the same exact place. I asked the foundation company what they did to prevent this from happening again and got no response. I called the city that did the inspection they are telling me the new crack is normal and is between myself and the foundation company. I said it is not normal for it to be in same exact spot and 30 days after pour, that’s structural. Foundation and concrete company telling me the garage floor isn’t under warranty. I’m about to lose my shit.
