Fun methods/pieces of advice? Please

Hello. I came to this forum because I too want/need/desire to stop smoking. I have been smoking for one and a half years now.

I know it's a short time, but I need to first make some premises. I started smoking first when I was 17 and stopped at 20yo because I had a big surgery to go through and I read that if you stopped a few months before that, it would have been beneficial for the outcome and the surgery itself. After the surgery i didn't smoke for 4 years! (A part from the very occasional one, like, once every 3 months)

Last year i started a theatre course and 80% of my peers smoke... it was a matter of months... it started with the "can I have a puff?" and after a while I bought my first tabacco bag after 4 years of nothing. It felt both like "oooh i missed this" and like I was being defeated.

Now I got honestly tired of myself, cause I have done it before! But the problem is: now I don't have something as scary as a big surgery that makes me want to stop asap....

Idk if I want to go cold turkey, i am about to enter my university exam period and smoking honestly seems the only thing that would get me through, but I want to stoooop, i am tireeed. Does anyone have fun methods, or things that replace that dopamine rush? But actually fun things, knowing myself before the "going out and taking a walk" becomes fun it's going to take a while.

Thank you to anybody that reads this and has some insight.
