I made a mobile pickup order to be picked up in the drive thru at 4:40pm, and when I got there and stated my name the worker said (my name)‘s order had already been picked up. My names pretty unique, (it’s a state) so this was interesting. I showed my confirmation in the app and they remade it. But she confirmed it was definitely my order that had been picked up.

I’m curious as to how someone would know to say my name to take the order? She said someone came and asked for (my name)’s order.
