New student analyst, just started “foundations of ABA” and I felt like I knew most of my ABA stuff having been an RBT of 3 years. I read all my plans and ask questions to my BCBAs.

WHY DO WE HAVE SO MANY VOCAB WORDS??

the foundations of ABA, the systems of ABA, the dimensions of ABA… mentalism and determinism and behaviorism and coverts and overts and holyshit

This Skinner guy coined so many words it could make a whole new field of psychology

(just ranting it’s an interesting field I think I just wasn’t ready for my psych 2001 prof to hit us with BCBA exam questions on week 1)
