After months of trying to restock, asking the wishing well, and doing the haunted woods hunt, I FINALLY managed to restock both of these from Spooky Food within minutes of each other and I can finally make a Varwolf!!!! Today is a lucky day
Edit: Moral of the story is don't lose faith, it can happen!!! I was only casually restocking today and it worked out much better than the times I've spent hours refreshing the shops all day
