Pretty certain this was an actual thing rather than a fevered cheese dream...

A sketch show with a parody of 'Don't Look Now' but the kid/dwarf in the red duffle coat was Mick Hucknall they said his name is a spooky voice (which I still do today, despite no one knowing what I am talking about).

It sounds like the kind of thing French and Saunders would do but I can't find it anywhere.
