I am currently on my first playthrough of Blasphemous and I'm aiming for Ending C. I have already defeated the first three bosses: Ten Piedad, Tres Angustias, and Our Lady of the Charred Visage.
I know I need to reach the Resting Place of the Sister to get the Incomplete Scapular before I encounter Esdras on the bridge. However, I’ve hit a dead end in Echoes of Salt. Specifically, I’m in a room with three lanterns on the ceiling and two broken boats on the ground, but the passage on the right is blocked by a gate.
I've seen this door open in some videos (like MoistCritikal's), but it's closed in mine.
How do I open this specific gate?
If this gate stays closed, is there another way to reach the grave without killing Esdras?
I want to make sure I don't lock myself out of the True Ending! Any help is appreciated.
