Hi all!!! I’m kinda new here (but not to fasting in general)
I have experience with seven day fasts (I have done 3 in the past) and 24 hr fasting through my on and off omad diet over the last couple of years.
I’m currently halfway through day 3 of my fast. I’ve been taking approximately
3 tsp sodium
1 tsp potassium
200-400 mg magnesium
And a men’s once daily vitamin.
Any tips on what to watch for or how to conserve energy?
Also anyone want to share their experiences?
