Segway Max G3D (German version) - Is a controller swap the only way to unlock speed on a 2025 model?
I have a 2025 German Max G30D and I'm trying to bypass the 20km/h limit. My local shop says I need a physical controller swap (€100) because software exploits like XiaoDash don't work on the newest firmware/hardware.
Before I spend the money, is there any other way to unlock it, or is the new hardware truly "un-flashable"?
