Right now I am studying in mechatronics engineering and in my 2nd semester and would like to transfer to a masters in physics program and wondering how I will get in to any top colleges I am preparing for the GRE physics exam and was wondering if I need to do anything else to get into the physics department and also is there a possibility to do research but my university does not have a physics department.
