Okay so I’m a very traumatized person, I have a problem with holding my bladder too long. It’s led to atleast 3 UTIs, each one has been a little different.
This weekend from Friday to Sunday, the person that I see sexually (AMAB) and I have had sex once a day, those three days. Usually sex just causes a bit of irritation the next day, and then I’m fine.
I’ve had UTIs while seeing my sexual partner, but they’re not from her. I have a feeling this one isn’t but I can’t rule it out.
I am on birth control, and I don’t bleed when I have my period. It’s been cramps and hormones since about a year and a half ago. I’ve not changed anything about it, I take it anywhere’s between 11pm-12am every night.
I’m freaking out because I don’t know what’s going on, how to deal with it, or anything else. I don’t have insurance right now, so I can’t go to a clinic. But symptoms are
- Peeing slightly red urine
- Feeling like I need to go pee, but not in my bladder (Like it was with the rest of my UTIs)
- Feeling “good” when going, but it’s red or bloody
- Small chunks of something
- Cramping/Back pain when walking around AFTER I go pee
My bowel movements are also out of whack (Which isn’t worrying to me, but worth nothing).
I don’t know what the causes of it could be, how I could treat it without antibiotics, or other stuff. Help me out please? Anything works lol
