Hello guys! My JBL stop charging for some reason where display shows charging is about 10% and buds are out of battery. I tried:

1. Leaving the case charging about 6 hours
2. Use buds and consume remaining battery from each.
3. Try some different chargers and cables

Have anyone had this issue before? How did you resolve it?
