Face and ears burning
Hi,
I'm allergic to a load of stuff - cats, dogs, increasingly bad hayfever as I get older. The histamine responses have extended to things like almonds, Brazil nuts etc.
I'm currently having a mad allergic reaction, burning face and ears which has never happened before. I put on suncream that has birch in it this morning, though I patch tested it on my arm last night and felt nothing. And I didn't put it on my ears? And other than that, nothing new introduced, I just ate an unhealthy amount of pumpkin and sunflower seeds. But I've eaten those before.
Just wanted to see if anyone had had any experience with either suncream (esp with birch) extending past the area you put it on, or suddenly becoming allergic to something like sunflower seeds etc.
It's a constantly moving landscape lol.
