I’m renting out my room in a 2-bedroom apartment from July 1st to August 31st, with the possibility of extending by taking over the lease. I’m also flexible if you need to move in a little earlier.
The apartment is located in a quiet, cozy part of the Upper East Side (E 82nd), just a short walk from both Central Park and the East River. It’s super convenient with Target and Fairway nearby, and easy access to the 4, 5, 6, and Q trains.
Rent is $2,300 including all utilities (internet, gas, electricity, and water). The apartment and the room come fully furnished (which we can negotiate if interested in buying).
You’ll be sharing the place with one late 20s guy, but he’s almost never there since he stays with his partner (I’ve only seen him three times so far in 2026) so you’ll basically have the entire place to yourself!
