Where can I find some good Jajangmyeon in town? Specifically on the east side and in downtown?

Please for the love of everything keep your dogs on a leash. I shouldn't have to say this but I am probably not the only one tired of unleashed dogs especially in parks and places where there is nice nature. I don't care if chasing the waterfowl or small animals is enrichment for your dog. Some of us enjoy to watch these animals existing and your dogs barking at or chasing them makes them go away. The world is not your dogs playground. Be mindful of other people.
