Hi everyone,
I’m 1 month postpartum and currently struggling with low milk supply. I’m considering buying the Spectra S1 breast pump to try to increase my supply through regular pumping.
I wanted to ask:
Is it still worth investing in a Spectra S1 at this stage postpartum?
Can regular pumping with it actually help increase milk supply at 1 month?
Or is it too late for a pump upgrade to make a real difference?
Right now, I’m trying to pump regularly and improve my supply, but I’m not sure if the pump itself will help enough to justify the cost.
Would really appreciate advice from anyone who has been in a similar situation.
