28 yo 40k a month plus 25% shared profit. is it worth it pa ba or should i go abroad na?

I 27M turning 28 this year. di ko alam kung okay paba mag stay sa pinas sa ganyang sahod at set up o ma sokay na mag try ako sa ibang bansa?
