Does it make sense that Dr Milson-Brown's practice requests biological sex to be stated as female when l. AMAB ordered a pre-HRT trans feminine blood test?

As obviously the markers are all compared to that of a biological female.

I have just got my results in advance of a date for my first endo appointment and I am currently wondering.
