So at my work we contract usually 7-8 visa workers for 9 months out of the year

I’m the kitchen manager and I have one guy who is just a shit ball he disrespects me constantly acts like he’s the best at his job and everyone else is worse and that he never makes mistakes today he took an hour and a half to shred 5 heads of iceberg

At this point idk what to do I want to punish him but he’s required a certain amount of hours contractually so I can’t do that he doesn’t care about write ups because he doesn’t care about coming back next year what the hell would yall do in my situation?
