Working in female heavy HR as a man. Good or bad?

Curious to hear other people’s experience of working in female heavy environments. What’s are the pros vs cons? Whats been your experience as a man/woman?

As a guy - I thought it would be great when I initially started my HR journey - but frankly I’m finding the absence of other men a bit lonely.

The women always have far more in common with each other, which creates tighter bonds for them. Working remotely doesn’t help either!

It’s a real shame more men don’t see HR as a career!
