Which path would give the most likelihood to a German victory in 2WK and cement Germany as a superpower status?

I am moving to Bucharest (University of Bucharest) for Erasmus for two semesters with my girlfriend. We are looking for a one bedroom apartment.

How long in advance should we arrive to secure a place? We were thinking to go 2 weeks before classes begin to find a place, but we also, preferably, don’t want to waste too much money in AirBnBs.

What would you recommend?

Also, any red flags I should look for in a Romanian rental contract?
