Ive got many symptoms of hypothyroid. I did a private test, all within normal ranges. I know normal lab results dont always mean optimal. Ive also low ferritin which was marked as normal, its 17. I wondered if anyone had any insight. My progesterone and vit D are low too. I feel terrible.

Free T4: 14.10 pmol/l (Range: 12.0 - 22.0) — Optimal

Free T3: 5.40 pmol/l (Range: 3.1 - 6.8) — Optimal

Anti-Thyroid Peroxidase (Anti-TPO): 20.6 kIU/l (Range: ≤ 34) — Optimal

Anti-Thyroglobulin (Anti-Tg): 20.5 IU/ml (Range: ≤ 115) — Optimal
