Who to choose from Commencement Reception?
Hey so I haven't played HSR in over a year and I only really returned when Boothill and Gallagher came out (bcz they're smexy) then dipped again and I js finished Penacony.
I was originally going to choose a five star from the event that I wanted to see for vibes but my team building sucks and I do genuinely want to build a solid team since I'm getting back into the game.
Which one would be fitting seeing the characters I do own? (I was going to go for Dhil but people say he lowkey sucks now ;;;;;)
