Bought the 20kg PETG bundle nearly 2 weeks ago. No shipping updates and silence from customer service. I was being patient but I'm going to have to do a chargeback soon if it doesn't get updated. Won't be buying filament from them again after this and sticking to other brands like Sunlu and Polymaker. US based order. I don't think it's a stock thing since the site says they'll ship from china if the domestic warehouse is out. All of the colors I selected were in stock on the site at purchase. super lame.
