Is it too much to ask for decent customer service from our regional Trimble dealer?!

My local sales rep is more interested in finding any excuse possible to NOT be in their office. They have also flaked on numerous equipment purchasing quotes and service issues.

If I am going to spend Trimble $$$, I would like to get an equal value in customer service!
