Sorry for the bad quality this insects make me gag a lot even look at the photos!

Yesterday I saw one going up in the wall and today the other one that seems to be in a previous stage.

I have been living here for 5 months and I'm quite clean+ I don't have a lot of food stored. Didn't find anything close to the food.

I brought a suitcase with clothes from my mother's house but it looks fine and also I believe the one that wasn't moving probably was there from before I brought it??

Any clue?
