Hybrid vs EV
hi everyone,
I’m hoping I can get some opinion on what car would be beneficial. I currently live in California and high gas prices have no intention of coming down.
I currently drive 40-60 miles daily for work but looking into either a used mid size suv hybrid or used mid size suv EV.
I just started to do research and reading a lot of comments/reviews. It’s all mixed.
I currently work for a school so my pay is mid range.
I have read EV have a high turn around for tire usage as well as $700+ for annual registration. Hybrid Is $500~.
EV- I would be able to charge at my house. Hybrid- ~35 MPG (is this good for a midsize SUV hybrid?)
