GEM, 9/8/8(tier 100 ug), cfa L1 cleared, might clear L2 later. 2y workex in tier 2 it firm. Should I even consider isb as an option given my ug brand is non existent and how much should I aim for in GMAT

GEM - 95/84/80 ( tier 100 clg), 2Y WORKEX, CFA L2 CLEARED, No extracurriculars or PoRs so far. What's the minimum score I need on GMAT and is ISB even possible for me?
