I am 7dpo today and already have great nipple sensation. Is it safe to say it will stay that way, or is it still possible to lose it at any point ? Also, my swelling is slowly going down everyday but I see a lot of people say the most swelling happens around two weeks. Does this mean its going to come back ?

My post op instructions are to keep t-rex arms for 6 weeks but that seems so long to me! did anyone else have such strong restrictions for this long? I'm hoping at my first post op appt (at 2 weeks po) he will adjust the restrictions. Also when did everyone get to start trying on new tops ? or wear a normal bra?
