I’m using the patch, and honestly I think it helps a lot, but mornings are SO hard!! I want ti crack open my energy drink and hit my vape like a crazy person but alas, will no longer be doing that!

I genuinely just love the ROUTINE of vaping. I would do it in the morning, in the bathroom at school/work, while driving, after a meal, while studying etc. and the one thing that always pulls me back is the hand to mouth!

In 2024 I quit for about 4 months, a lapse in judgement brought me back…since then I’ve had anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks free of vaping, multiple times, because I DO want to quit! But it’s the damn routine that keeps pulling me back in.

I use the patch method, I started on Step 2 and I only wear them when I’m awake. This is day 2 and I’m on break from school for the next few weeks so I figured it would be the easiest time to quit when I’m not stressed the fuck out!
